At Enviabelle, we understand how important healthy skin is to you!

When it comes to choosing skin care products that are right for your skin, there are a lot of things to consider. Our FAQ’s will help answer some of the most common questions and concerns you may have before and after you try a new skin care product or regimen for the first time.

Don’t forget you can always contact us to chat with a skin care specialist. It is our pleasure to help you select the right anti-aging, acne treatment, body care, peels and other professional skin care products.

Enviabelle accepts debit/credit cards as well as Laybuy to pay over time.

We do not have the capacity to send out sample products at this time.

What we do have is a friendly team of experts ready to answer all your questions about our products and your skin. The Enviabelle Team knows the range inside out, and we use many products in our routines.

Once you’ve placed your order, it joins a queue for immediate processing. We are unable to make any changes or additions to orders

The Enviabelle ships using a number of providers depending on the delivery location.

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days to arrive, and up to 10 business days to Western Australia.

Unfortunately, we are unable to begin looking for your parcel until this timeframe is over.

Our delivery partners leave calling cards when delivery is attempted, but these calling cards can occasionally be misplaced or lost. You can find the tracking details and the delivery partner in the order details in My Accoount.

After the 7-10 business days have passed, please get in touch and we will do our best to get your order to you.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping is calculated on the weight of your order.

Orders above $60 are shipped free within Australia.

Orders above $250 are shipped free internationally.

We can ship anywhere in the world, but some products cannot be shipped to certain countries due to restrictions and regulations.

As an Australian consumer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product is faulty, defective or otherwise significantly different from the product description. This policy does not apply to change-of-mind returns, or for reasons that the product does not suit your skin type, hair type or similar.

To receive a refund of the cost of the defective item or replace it with a new item, please contact us within [3] days of receiving the item with your order number and details of the fault.

Subscription Service

The Enviabelle subscription service is billed monthly through the payment method chosen at signup.

To cancel your subscription, please contact us at least 10 business days before your next payment to ensure your cancellation is processed in time.

We can temporarily pause your subscription without cancelling.

Please contact Enviabelle at least 10 business days before you wish to pause your subscription.

Product Questions

Our Search function is designed for you to be able to search by product type (eg: Serum, moisturiser, cleanser, etc.) or by key ingredients (eg: Vitamin C). Don’t forget to check our New Releases to see what we’ve just got in!

Skincare and haircare are very individual, and even people with the same skin or hair type will have different needs.

The Enviabelle Team is happy to answer any questions you have about our products.

YES! Enviabelle does not stock products that are tested on animals.

That’s a tough one! If you can’t ask your loved one for a wishlist, we suggest putting together a skincare set with a Cleanser, Toner, Moisturiser and Serum. You can find these categories by clicking Shop by Category.
