All orders over $99 will get free express shipping.
All other orders will be calculated at checkout.
Unfortunately at this stage we do not ship to countries outside of Australia. If you would like to purchase but live in a country other than Australia please contact us to express your interest.
Australia Post has temporarily suspended their Express Post guarantee of next day delivery. Express Post is still available but orders may not be delivered next business day every time. For more information visit the Australia Post Coronavirus Domestic updates page.
Can I change my current order?
If you have made an error with your order, please reach out to email@example.com straight away to see if we can change your order before it is shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders once they have been shipped.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. If your package is taking longer than anticipated, please call your local Post Office just to make sure it’s not waiting there for collection. If the parcel is not at the Post Office, please email contact us.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Change of Mind Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged items and Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at email@example.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
